Resume Repairs is committed to helping people draft the best resume possible!

Our team is headed by Shawn Mood, a seasoned HR professional based in Florida. In his experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter in the high-tech sector, Shawn has reviewed thousands of resumes, and knows what makes a resume a "keeper" or an instant discard. In addition, Shawn has advised hundreds of people on how to improve their resumes through online reviews and seminars.

Unlike some resume review services, we are not a resume-factory and no part of our service is automated. We look through your resume line-by-line to provide you with personal suggestions on how to make your resume shine.

Services provided by Resume Repairs do not guarantee that suggestions regarding your resume will result in job interviews or job offers.

At its sole discretion, Resume Repairs may reject a request for services. Although rare, such cases may include, but are not limited to:

1. A resume that is too incomplete to review.
2. A submission in a language other than English.
3. A submission containing reference to illegal or sexually explicit behavior.

If a submission is rejected after payment has been made, Resume Repairs will notify the user and refund any online payments, less the service fees charged by our online payment service (2checkout).

Services provided by Resume Repairs rely upon the user possessing or having access to the following:

1. An e-mail service / inbox with sufficient space to receive new mail.
2. The ability to send / receive attachments by e-mail
3. A recent version of Microsoft Word.
